We stayed the night after our Indian-Pacific train journey from Sydney to Adelaide. The night before did not give us a lot of sleep and we were hoping for a comfortable bed and a good night sleep. When we checked in, we were given an upgrade to a King Executive room. The room was beyond our expectations and the bed was a king size and extremely comfortable. The room had no outside noise and gave a nice city view. As a bonus we had a bath to enjoy. The hotel was part of a travel package, we cannot comment on pricing.

Room was good basic but enough for out all day and sleeping. Staff were not overly friendly or helpful. I also sent an email asking for information 48 hours before I arrived still haven’t got a reply. Hotel is close to team for easy access to main area.

Highlight was the super friendly and helpful people at the desk, they were always willing and able to help me out with all my requests over the phone and in person. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had so much storage for luggage. I requested a microwave for my room which was great. Buffet breakfast was convenient but was fairly small and very limited for gluten free options. The room walls were very good as I couldn’t hear any noise from my neighbours or the lift area but the idle fridge was noisy at times, the bathroom fan doesn’t turn off so is a bit noisy, and there was mild street notice. Wifi was available but it was absolutely shocking and kept dropping out - I had to hotspot my mobile most of the time. Overall - good location, decent value for money, comfortable, and helpful staff.

Given room with adjoining door; very noisy with family next door, door slamming,etc. My door card often fails to open door. Air-cond unit temperature display should be DIMmed. Some of your male front office staff are very rude& unwelcoming.

Bad experience and not supportive staff

Had many bad experience during our stay. - Unit door was very hard and not easy to open, even staff was struggling to open and mentioned they will change the room for us but never catered during our 6 days stay. - Unit was not clean and found old clothes from previous occupants. - Staff was on rotation almost every day and couldn't get hold of same staff to whom we discussed our problem, so not much help from the staff as well.
